Refund policy
Equisport has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Returns are at the customers cost.
Equisport guarantees the high quality of our products and we hope you will be very happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we want to make returning your purchase as easy as possible. If you would like to return your item/items and the item/items are eligible, see above, simply follow the instructions sent with delivery so we know who you are and post the item back to us at the following address: Eirios Fulfilment, Court Farm Buildings, Joiners Shop, Llanover, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, NP7 9HY. If your return is eligible we guarantee a full refund to the original method used to pay for your purchase within one week upon receipt of the item/items. Sale items are also refundable. Gift Cards are non refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of your purchase and contact us immediately at contact@equisportequestrian.com if in the unlikely event the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, items that have been worn, damaged, tags removed or washed will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
