All parcels are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Times

UK orders typically arrive within 2 working days.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. Most orders arrive within 7–14 working days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped free of charge over £75 from the UK.

Please note: international orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by your country’s authorities.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

In the USA, parcels under $800 USD usually enter duty-free. Orders over this amount may incur import fees.

Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, and it is returned to us, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
